In January of 2005 Howard Hull, owner of www.hotshotpaintball.com, organized a group of local scenario paintball players into what would eventually become the New England Immortals. The team, then known as the New England Tactical Assault Group, began practicing regularly and within a few months established a presence at local MA fields. Since then, the team has traveled around the country to play at major scenario events such as D-Day in Oklahoma, Tippmann World Challenge in Michigan and NJ NAM in New Jersey.
The team's approach to woodsball blends squad-based play with the aggressiveness and high firepower of speedball. In only our second season the New England Immortals won our first Most Valuable Team award and added two 4th place finishes in local speedball tournaments. Now entering our third season, the team looks to build on its past accomplishments with a continued focus on squad tactics. Membership is by invitation only, but anyone is welcome to contact us and run with the team.
The New England Immortals have re-signed with Angel Paintball Sports for the 2008 season. Press release at 68Cliber.com.
